Project Zul Chapters
Following the success of Project Zūl in Jammu & Kashmir, we chose to take our vision nationwide. The demand for accessible STEM education extends far beyond one region, and our expansion ensures that students across India—whether in cities or rural communities—gain the same opportunities to explore robotics, innovation, and problem-solving.
Balurghat, West Bengal
Building on our momentum, Project Zūl is now setting its sights on Balurghat, West Bengal. This expansion marks an important step in taking our vision beyond Jammu & Kashmir, ensuring that more students gain access to the same opportunities in robotics and STEM education. Spearheaded by Kaavya Majumder, this new chapter is not only about reaching a fresh region but also about nurturing local leadership that can tailor the program to the community’s unique needs.
Chapter Leaders

Hi, I am Kaavya Majumder - a student from Mumbai who strongly believes in the power of technology to create opportunities, solve problems and empower people. For me, learning has always been about more than academics - it’s about using knowledge to spark change where it’s needed the most. My roots are in Balurghat, West Bengal, where my parents studied and my grandparents dedicated their lives as teachers. Through Project Zūl, I return to my roots—giving back to the land that shaped my family, while sharing my love for robotics and coding and carrying forward its inspiring transformative journey from Kashmir to Balurghat.By leading this chapter, I hope to equip students and teachers in Balurghat and its surrounding areas with hands-on tools in robotics and STEM, inspiring them with the confidence to imagine, build, and lead their own futures.
